As the Director of the Passive Income Club, and having spent the last four years developing strategic real estate portfolios, Paul has provided a secure and diversified, high-yield strategy for more than 400 of his clients. Paul has seamlessly developed and implemented an investment curriculum and system that produces consistent results by acquiring cash flow positive real estate holdings. He simultaneously oversees and manages all investor relations for Grand Coast Capital Group, including fundraising, customer service, and marketing, and providing a hands-on personalized investor experience. Paul holds a degree from the University of California – San Diego, as well as a Series 65 Securities License and a Real Estate Salesperson License.
