Everybody should be in the business of marketing whatever it is that they sell, whether that's your own personal brand. If you've got a job, you've got to market your brand within that organization. If you're an entrepreneur, even though you may be selling a product, a widget, a service, you really are not in that business, you are in the business of marketing.
We also talked about innovation a great deal. In this society, it's to innovate or die. We talked about why it's important to innovate, how you can innovate or how you could reinvent your own personal brand. If you don't, you're not going to be moving forward.
